Description
Winemaking:
Grapes chosen, selected and destemmed with crushing and soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats between 16º to 18º in order to preserve the characteristic aromas with static decantation at 24 hours. Wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters.

Côdega de Larinho,Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Greenish citrus color. Elegant, mineral and with a light toast. Notes of peach and apricot. Fruity, with fine and crunchy acidity. Round with slightly vanilla finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10-12ºC.
