Located at 180 m above sea level, the vineyards of the Pellehaut area have an ideal terroir, with optimal sun exposure and four centuries of expertise! The Ampéloméryx is an extinct animal, half deer, half giraffe, that wandered the Gers area 17 million years ago. What better tribute to this animal that this extraordinary wine? Aged in oak barrels, this wine has powerful toasted and vanilla aromas that combine with citrus, pear and quince. On the palate it is voluminous and aromatic, ending with nice freshness.
