Vinification of Domaine Paul Mas Grande Réserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This powerful red wine from France is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. After the hand-picking, the grapes reach the winery in the fastest way. Here you are selected and gently ground. This is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the Grande Réserve Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for another 10 months in American (70%) and French oak barrels (30%).
