Organic wine
The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. This wine is aged for 8 to 12 months in vats (90%) and in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Pale silvery yellow color. It is fresh with aromas of white berries and lime. Body well rounded and well balanced.
