The grapes are pressed in an inerted pneumatic press.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (14°C); end of fermentation and aging in barrels of 500 liters of French oak: 40% new barrels, 60% used barrels. With lipstick.
Grape varieties: 50% Viosinho, 30% Arinto, 20% Códega do Larinho
Tasting Notes: Pale crystalline color and aroma with notes of tropical fruit very delicate, with subtle notes of honey. revealing a surprising character in Viosinho! In the mouth, impresses
for its excellent volume and buttery texture, where the fruit appears very well integrated, which gives it sophistication and a huge gastronomic adaptation.

Pairing: preferably with fish, shellfish, poultry, rabbit, cheese and grilled meat.
Store the bottles in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) and without light. Serve at 10ºC – 14ºC.
