Produced from Chardonnay grapes grown organically in the Premier Cru En Virondot vineyard, in Chassagne Montrachet. In the winery the wines of the Domaine Marc Morey are vinified in the traditional way, by carrying out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in a Burgundian piece, the wooden elevating lasts from 10 to 18 months depending on the year in which the bottling follows. Before bottling, the wines rest in steel for one to three months. There is good vivacity and balance of aromas and definitely minerality and freshness. In the mouth the wine has a good body and ends with a well-balanced and pleasant finish, a beautiful glass, to wait to enjoy it in its full.
