Description
“Haka” Sauvignon Blanc – a dry white wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc grown in the vineyards in the Marlborough region. “Haka” – a Maori ceremonial men’s dance accompanied recitative. Crop harvested at night, in the most cool watch, then berries delivered to the winery and immediately subjected to compression. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and then the wine is filtered and bottled.
Taste
The taste of wine is fresh, colorful, with fruity notes, a well-integrated acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
Aroma
The wine has a fresh, harmonious flavor with hints of tropical fruit, in particular, passion fruit and mango.
Gastronomy
Fine wine as an aperitif, combined with oysters, shellfish, fish sauce, cold cuts, salads and cheeses.
