Terroir

Vineyards on red clay plateaus mixed with rolled pebbles. Some areas are also deeper and sandy.

Grape varieties
Mainly black Grenache,
Syrah, Mourvèdre…

Winemaking

Destemming, long vatting of 18 to 21 days with punching down.
Aged for 16 months in concrete vats (90%) and oak barrels (10%).

Tasting
Ruby red color, intense and brilliant. On the nose exude aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, cherry), spices and pepper. In the mouth, we find this great aromatic complexity. Spices and ripe fruits appear on round tannins. A Châteauneuf du Pape where Grenache is king, expressing breadth and power through its terroir.

Consumption advice
Ideal from 1 to 8 years old. Serve at a temperature of 16°C
