Delicate and complex with fine aromas of black cherries and wild berries. On
the palate next to the fruity also a nice vanilla flavor. A warm body with a lively
acidity and good integrated tannins.
The Frühburgunder due to its low yields and high densitivity has become very
rare. On the up to 70% steeply rising Pfaffenberg in Walporzheim there are perfect
conditions for the rare Frühburgunder vine. The stony ones slate weathering
floors give off the heat stored during the day at night and force the vines to
penetrate deep into the soil to be able to absorb the important minerals.
To dark meat, venison and cheese. A wine that loves the special moment.
